As with all medicines, some people may be allergic to Difflam. Usually, if you are allergic, a reaction will occur soon after using the product. An allergic reaction can occur as a rash, small red spots on the skin, itching, or the skin may also become more sensitive to sunlight. In rare cases, difficulty in breathing and swelling of the throat may occur, which may need emergency treatment.
