For skin disinfection: Dilute a portion of the peroxide with an equal amount of water. Soak some cotton wool in this solution and use it to dress the wound as required.
As a mouthwash or gargle: Dilute a portion of the peroxide with 4 times the volume of water (e.g. 5 ml Hydrogen Peroxide 6% Solution in 20 ml water). Use this solution to rinse the mouth for 2-3 minutes. Repeat up to three times a day.
Do not give to children under 12 years unless under the advice of your doctor.
For external use only.
Do not use this product on large or deep wounds, or on unaffected skin. This product may bleach fabrics.

Possible side effects of strong solutions include irritating burns on the skin and other soft tissues of the body producing a white patch of dead tissue. The pain from this will disappear after about an hour. Continued use as a mouthwash may cause temporary swelling of the tongue. If you notice these or any other side effects, stop use and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
