Each capsule contains: Paracetamol 500 mg, promethazine hydrochloride 10 mg, dextromethorphan hydrobromide 7.5 mg, lactose, dimeticone, colloidal anhydrous silica, gelatin, patent blue V (E131), quinoline yellow (E104), titanium dioxide (E171).

Take two capsules just before bedtime.

Not to be given to children under 12 years except on medical advice.

Do not take with other flu, cold, decongestant products at night, or with alcohol.

Do not take if you have liver or kidney disease.

Consult your doctor before taking this medicine if you are receiving prescribed medicines, or are pregnant or breast feeding.

If symptoms persist consult your doctor.

Do not take night nurse capsules if you already taken 4 doses of a paracetamol-containing product during the day.

Do not exceed stated dose.

Keep all medicines away from children.
